Today, as part of Fairtrade Fortnight 2014, I’m sharing this idea for Fairtrade banana, pecans and ricotta on toasted fruit loaf. Fancy toast.
- Fairtrade banana, chopped
- 2 teaspoons of ricotta
- Fairtrade honey
- 5 Fairtrade pecans, chopped
- Delicious fruit loaf (I used apple and fig sourdough bread from the Canberra Bus Depot Markets)
- Toast the fruit loaf.
- Top with the ricotta, then the chopped banana, honey and chopped pecans.
