FAIRTRADE BANANA, PECANS AND RICOTTA ON TOASTED FRUIT LOAF

Today, as part of Fairtrade Fortnight 2014, I’m sharing this idea for Fairtrade banana, pecans and ricotta on toasted fruit loaf. Fancy toast.

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Toast the fruit loaf.
  2. Top with the ricotta, then the chopped banana, honey and chopped pecans.
  3. Enjoy!
