The weather in Perth is (slowly) starting to warm up! It’s still been raining quite a lot but Spring is definitely in the air and I’m in the mood for Spring cleaning. A couple of weeks ago I Spring-cleaned my underwear drawer. I’ve been slowly getting through my List of 113 Things. And this week I’ve tackled my sleepwear drawer and put away my winter flannel pyjamas away in favour of something lighter – this wonderfully soft oversized tee by ALAS.

Ethical credentials: Fairtrade cotton, Otherwise certified (GOTS, Australian Certified Organic)

ALAS (All Light All Shadow) is an Australian sleepwear brand that use Fairtrade and GOTS certified cotton to construct garments that are socially and ecologically responsible.

This tee is the Exclusive to ASOS Native Tee. Sadly, I bought this tee during winter and it’s no longer available. However, the latest range by ALAS is available at The Grand Social and ASOS and it’s awesome (hint: the range is far cheaper at The Grand Social than at ASOS!). I’m loving the Astronomy Setthe Navigation Set and the Poppy Ragland Tee.

At first, I thought that the ALAS brand was a bit expensive. But then I realised that I’ve owned my last pair of pyjamas since I was 15! So in terms of cost per wear, I think I’m doing pretty well with ALAS. Not to mention, it truly is the softest cotton I’ve ever had the pleasure of snuggling in.

How long do pyjamas usually last you?

Yours Fairly,

Mine last me years! At least 2 at that. So money is well spent in that regard. I need to find a nice, soft and snuggly summer garment for bed!
